Ordered thru the app, was supposed to be ready by 9:11, drink was ready at 9:12 and it took them a full 10 minutes more to get me my sandwich.... after I noted that several people who placed their order after me got their food before me. Meanwhile, the pick-up space was small and awkward.
Please update your hours online to reflect accurately. I was pretty disappointed on a long road trip to arrive with what I thought was 15 mins before close only to find out it closed 45 mins earlier.
every person within the staff was hardworking and kind. The guy who served me was the best service i have received ever within a starbucks or any other fast food spot.
Male server was very friendly and rest of staff was super as well, Created a nice atmosphere
