Understaffed—waited in a line and no employees acknowledged our existence until the woman in front of me in line asked someone “are you even open?â€. We were in plain sight but the employees acted as though we weren't there. They explained that someone was in training and another person was off the clock; however, I think customers (myself included) would have felt happier with the experience is they simply acknowledged us and explained the circumstances instead of ignoring us.
Ordered from DriveUp. Wanted 2 mozzarella tomato panini. Only one was available. Gave that to my friend. I ordered the Turkey pesto panini. The pesto sauce was great strong flavor but for the cost? Really? Less than half a single slice of Turkey was in it with slightly dried edges. Should be called a roll with pesto sauce. Barely Turkey to be found. Coffee was good.
This is the latest Starbucks location in the area, but it still has some drawbacks. The main issues are the slow service and unenthusiastic staff. It's disappointing to overhear the staff constantly complaining about being at work while you're waiting for your coffee. Other than that, it's a typical Starbucks. The drive-thru option is a bonus.
Review for my visit on June 4th 2021 at 5:40 PM. The young lady in the evening shift was rude and wouldn 't turn on the microwave to warm up the croissant when closing time is 7:30 PM. When asked for a coffee stopper, she said we won 't carry plastic in westport while handing over cold coffee in a plastic cup . Phewwwwwwww Book a table now
Not a corporate Starbucks, meaning you can’t call in on-the-go orders, use your rewards card, or get your free birthday drink. If you’re expectinga Starbucks that’s in the 21st century like the rest of us, look elsewhere.
It is appalling that the district management allows employees of color to be assaulted and called racial slurs on a daily basis, all while doing nothing to address the issue and ultimately forcing out employees of color.
The coffee was absolutely dreadful! I have never had such a poorly made beverage in my life.
