The absolute worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to ever! The girl at the counter was so rude and lazy and seemed disinterested in taking my order. I paid with a gift card (thank god) because this place is so not worth it. I?m sad at the looks of the insideas it was so dusty and dirty with stains all over the bar section and register portion. The tables were nasty even though thereweren?t any guests there. The glass table with all the food had nasty flies flying around inside which was such a turn off. Iordered packaged foods thankfully but the girl ignored me and my drinks finished so fast. I was really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and distracted. I noticed a customer with a mobile order asking for a straw, but the three baristas on duty were indifferent and didn’t help, which frustrated the customer and led to their departure. Additionally, when I tried to use my own cup, they refused to fill it, which was surprising since every other Starbucks I've visited in the past three months has gladly accommodated that. Overall, the store felt chaotic and could definitely benefit from better management.
The staff at this restaurant are absolutely remarkable! They provide fast and dependable service, always accompanied by a friendly smile. Whether you order in person or use the mobile app, your food and drinks are ready in no time. While I love supporting local coffee shops, I always anticipate my visits here due to the amazing staff and the consistently clean and well-kept environment!
The coffee was outstanding, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. The ambiance was enjoyable, with happy customers all around. However, I was a bit bothered by the Christmas music playing already—it’s only September 21! Can’t we savor the pumpkin spice season before diving into the holiday tunes?

I had to wait until six other customers were served before the cashier finally took my order for heated egg whites. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks, which is disappointing because they clearly need to improve their basic customer service and show a bit more kindness when handling their menu requests.
The line moves fairly quickly, but it can get pretty busy on weekends. I deducted one star because some of the staff were unfriendly and didn't seem to realize that when you're spending $4.00 on a coffee, the overall experience is important. Still, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks! Nagie was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. She truly deserves a raise! Because of her, this has become my favorite Starbucks, and I will definitely return!
