I don't often visit Starbucks, but my recent trip there on a Saturday around 1pm was disappointing. The parking lot was extremely crowded, and I ended up stuck for over twenty minutes while others also struggled to find their way out. The chaotic situation really put me off returning to this location. When I finally reached the drive-thru window, my order wasn’t ready, which wasn’t surprising given how busy they were. The large caramel macchiato I ordered from the menu was decent, but overall, the experience left much to be desired.
The staff at Starbucks were very rude and made me feel unvalued, clearly prioritizing drive-thru customers over those inside. As a loyal Starbucks customer across multiple locations in the US and abroad, I've never encountered such poor service. I've admired Starbucks since they first opened in Boston, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back, no matter how good the menu is.

Honestly a great location with an AMAZING barista! I wish I caught her name but the one who helped me was so friendly and warm. She also made my mocha PERFECTLY and was so sweet. Think her name was Autumn or Summer? Anytime I pass through, I will make sure to stop at THIS Starbucks since she made my day so much better.
If you're grabbing coffee between 7:30 and 10 a.m., be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. The service is incredibly slow, but the coffee tastes great.
Always a good time here but....they should put silencers on the chairs bcuz they are SOO NOISY when you drag them in out to sit. Its distracting. ?
Starbucks is definitely never the fastest when it comes to service. But this may be the absolute slowest.
