Terrible attendance. I felt that I suffered prejudice for being a foreigner. I placed my order when there was no other one before me, I was waiting in the pick up area, then 3 american customers arrived at different time intervals and all of them had their orders promptly serviced while I still waited. Just after no one else that they started to prepare my order. It was the first time I went this kind of treatment and only in this store. That sad! It was ugly for the attendants because the american customers noticed and one of them commented. I will never go back to this store. Another detail is so dirt that was there. Obviously they don't follow the Starbucks standards.

This location and the one in Summit are easily the 2 worst Starbucks I?ve been to. It?s a real shame because these are the two closest stores to my house. I would say 2/3 times my drink is made incorrectly. Yesterday they put my drink into a smaller cup than what I ordered and today they put it in a larger cup than what I ordered. I?m not the type to complain but it?s very frustrating having to go through this every morning (on top of overpaying for coffee to begin with). The Dunkin across the street has given me no issues and the staff is a lot more understanding and respectful so I?ll be going there from now on.

This location is always backed up and always incredibly slow. The younger baristas are always socializing and losing track of their drinks. Weekends are especially abysmal. They often turn mobile ordering off because they fall so far behind. Very interesting that the owner doesn?t see this as a huge lost opportunity, they clearly have more demand than they can handle and it just results in a bad customer experience.

Great service, even though they were short handed. Barista stayed on top of the orders, maintained an ongoing patter and kept a great attitude! Plenty of school kids with parents, etc.
