So, I decided to visit the new Starbucks that's about a quarter-mile from Industry Hills. I was truly impressed by how well the space is designed to keep customers cool during the summer heat. The experience was disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, the coffee was lukewarm, and there was hardly any whipped cream on the drink. The coffee itself was weak and not enjoyable at all—definitely the worst I've ever had. I don’t like leaving negative reviews or wasting my time, but I felt compelled to share my experience. It was unclear if the protective glass was for the safety of the staff or the customers, but it was off-putting. Additionally, there were many unsettling individuals loitering in the parking lot. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. As for parking, it was dirty and felt unsafe.
This Starbucks distinguishes itself from others with its eye-catching black and white decor, which is genuinely unique. However, I was let down by the lack of charging stations for phones and laptops. When I inquired about it, the suggestion given was that I should have brought a portable charger. Seriously? If you're looking for a quiet and clean place to work or relax away from the chaos, I recommend checking out the library in Old Town instead. You're welcome!
Overall, Starbucks is a solid brand, and this location has the potential to be exceptional. However, I've faced some challenges when trying to place an order; at times, the shop is closed or unable to process app orders. Typically, the service is fairly quick, but there are moments when it takes longer than expected. That said, it's a coffee shop—what more can you really anticipate?

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. My order, along with three others before mine, was poorly handled. Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, I encountered an unusually long wait. The drink cups were sticky, and there were no napkins available. We waited over 20 minutes in the heat just to get two drinks. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience.
Starbucks coffee is usually pretty consistent no matter where you go, but I really appreciated the layout of this location. Even though it’s indoors, it has a spacious and airy feel that makes it almost resemble an outdoor setting, which is great if you have your dog with you. The staff was friendly and took my order quickly and accurately!
I placed an online order that took forever to arrive. It was supposed to be ready by 12:20, but I didn't get it until 12:58. I ordered a crushed Robin caramel with extra caramel, but instead, I received a regular caramel. So all the waiting felt pointless.
Despite this, I do intend to return to this location because it's convenient and has great service. One downside during my visit was that the WiFi wasn't functioning properly, so I hope they resolve that issue soon!

There's a Starbucks just five minutes from my house. Its exterior features large glass windows that can be opened, creating a refreshing patio vibe with plenty of cool, fresh air.
