The manager continued to go on about the thawing process as if he personally made the cake pops. I interrupted to say that I didn’t need a lesson on how he thaws cake pops that were clearly old from being left out. What customers want is empathy and an apology, not a rundown of his daily routine! He was rude and disrespectful, even refusing to give me his name.

When the cashier eventually returned to the window, they handed me the wrong drink and had no record of my order. I ended up waiting an additional four to five minutes for the two drinks I originally ordered. When they finally arrived, my pumpkin spice latte was not made correctly—there was no whipped cream, and it completely lacked the pumpkin spice flavor. They have signs on the door saying they're short-staffed, which means the inside is closed and customers are left with an incredibly long drive-thru line just to pick up their mobile orders. This location is a joke! It has got to be the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. They decide to open and close whenever they feel like it. Put up signs on the door telling people that they are short staffed so the inside is closed and you have to wait in theridiculous long drive thru line to pick up your mobile orders. People order ahead on the mobile app for a reason. Waited almost30 minutes for 2 drinks, and they made both drinks wrong.
Although some staff members are kind and friendly, it appears that not all of them have received proper training in drink preparation, which may indicate a lack of the necessary skills or aptitude for their roles. Additionally, it seems that Starbucks, as a company, does not genuinely value or treat its employees well, despite their assertions to the contrary, unless those employees conform to a specific agenda.
The drinks are always excellent, but they really need to take a closer look at their hiring practices for the drive-thru staff. Some of the employees at the window come across as indifferent when you try to interact with them, appearing to feel entitled to their roles and showing a lack of motivation to perform their duties effectively. I'm sure you can relate to this.
I placed my order and successfully paid with my card, only to be informed later that they were out of the sandwich and drink I ordered, and they couldn't process a refund. I can confidently say that even a lemonade stand operated by monkeys would have better organization and service than this establishment.
