The manager continued to go on about the thawing process as if he personally made the cake pops. I'm really disappointed with this location! It's honestly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. They have signs on the door saying they're short-staffed, which means the inside is closed and customers are left with an incredibly long drive-thru line just to pick up their mobile orders. People use the app for a reason—to save time. I waited almost 30 minutes for two drinks, and they messed both of them up.
