I was really disappointed with the service at this location. It seems like there's a lack of effective management, and some of the employees—particularly a girl with short hair and heavy makeup—appeared to be uninterested in their work. We waited 20 minutes for a croissant to be reheated, which should have taken only about 30 seconds. It just sat in the microwave the whole time. Additionally, she made a very mediocre chai tea latte. While I've visited many Starbucks locations, I won't be coming back to this one. The staff appears to neglect their duties, and whenever anyone politely inquires about their order, they respond with noticeable attitude, as if we were getting our meal for free.
The service here is impressively quick, even though the place is always bustling with customers. I've never had to wait too long. The staff is consistently friendly and upbeat, which really enhances the experience. I usually opt for takeout and never dine in, but I often notice people working on their laptops or chatting, so it must be a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink. One time, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks, and when I explained the situation at this location, they kindly offered to help me cancel the other order and went ahead and filled mine without charging me extra. That was really generous of them!
Service is pretty fast even though they are always busy and packed, I normally don't wait too long.. the staff is always friendly and happy, it makes a big difference to see that. I never eat inside, i always do take out. But I always see peoplethere on their computers, or chatting so it must be a nice environment to sit there. One time I ordered by mistake to the wrongStarbucks, and when I went inside this one and told them if they can help me cancel the other store. They said it was fine, andthey still gave me my order without charging me twice. It was really cool of them.
My friend and I ordered two caramel macchiatos, and there was hardly any coffee in them. We asked for extra caramel since they weren't sweet enough for us, but they ended up adding way too much—about seven pumps each! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place; it was a huge disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and choose another café. I won’t be returning. Additionally, another friend of ours had her drink dropped, and instead of making a new one, they just added more of the same drink and tried to serve it to her again, as if that would solve the issue.

me and my friend got 2 caramel macchiato?s and they barely had any coffee. we also asked for caramel after because it wasn?t sweet enough for us and then they added like 7 pumps to each drink. don?t ever come here it will just disappoint you. don?twaste your time go somewhere else. i am never coming here again. also my other friend her drink got dropped and they tried toserve it to them again. After they dropped it they added more of the drink like that was going to fix it.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I waited 30 minutes for a cappuccino and a frappe, and when I finally received the frappe, it was quite subpar. Furthermore, there was a staff member with purple, black, and white hair who was behaving very unprofessionally, slamming the fridge doors and using the blenders in a disgruntled manner. I wouldn't recommend stopping here for a quick coffee; it's definitely worth driving to another location.
This is a wonderful place that’s super convenient. The staff is consistently friendly. I had a small question about my drink (nothing major), and the manager—who I believe was the manager—was very kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to stop by for tea on my way to work. I truly hope the staff gets to read these reviews, or that whoever does see them will share my gratitude with them.
I can't believe I paid $5 for this! The cup was mostly filled with foam. To add insult to injury, I had to wait around three minutes to place my order, even though I was the only one in line. I tried to stay patient and kept my frustrations to myself, but I really expected more for my money. I was quite disappointed with such a small drink!

Payed 5 dollars for this!!!! The rest was foam that filled the cup. And on top of that they made me wait about 3 minutes to take my order when I was the only one waiting. I was very patient and didn?t complain but at least I expected not to be robbed of mymoney by giving me a half drink at least!
I really appreciate the staff at this location. The place is very nice and well-kept. I actually drive past another Starbucks that's closer to my home just to come here. You should definitely try the soy green tea latte—it's my favorite!
