However, they should consider expanding the pickup area to facilitate easier collection of drinks for customers who have placed online orders, as the current setup often leads to lines. While the staff could benefit from being a bit friendlier, the food and coffee are exceptional—I particularly enjoy their cold coffee!

They gave me the completely wrong sandwich and forgot the sriracha sauce I requested on the app. This is the third time it’s happened. Also, it took them 15 minutes to make my single refresher drink even though the place was empty, and they still handed me the wrong sandwich. There are definitely much better locations to visit.

One of the morning staff members always seems to wear a permanent scowl. While she is polite to male customers, she comes off as cold to female patrons. It's important for those in customer service to leave their personal issues at the door. Book a table now
