I came in to visit on my way to see family on xmas day, and I walked in and my order was taken immediately. I however for an unknown reason sat there waiting for my order to be made after 10+ customers walked in and ordered after me. Given I am a blackmale I figured that was the reason behind every single person ordering pastries drinks etc got their orders made and were ontheir way before I got my order. I'm not from this area so I'm sure the workers could tell and decided they would let it beknown I don't belong here. Terrible service
This Starbucks location is the busiest in the area, with a dedicated staff member solely focused on sorting out to-go orders. I was amazed to see this person just standing there, not making drinks but assisting customers who needed help with their orders. However, I recommend checking the lids on your drinks as I experienced some issues with correctly secured lids causing spills and slight burns on my hand. The staff are fantastic, but the place is always crowded with no available seating indoors or outdoors.
My one star is not for the store or the employees. My one star is for the absolutely useless lids that you put on your cups. I burnt myself multiple times. Not because I wasn't sipping properly, but because every movement created a wave out of the top splashing every where...WORST LIDS EVER! Today is Feb 16 its 7:36pm.
I ordered a large cappuccino, but only the foam came out. The cup felt empty and after just three sips, it was all gone because it was filled mostly with foam. The person who took my order was friendly, but I was disappointed by the lack of coffee in my drink.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been at. They are a complete inefficient disaster even when fully staffed. If you don't have the capacity to serve customers, stop the mobile orders, or just move to a mobile+order only business. The manager here needs to bereplaced.
Cashier asked my name and when my drinks were ready never called me. After 15 minutes go see drinks sitting there waiting. Cashier saw us waiting sitting by the tables never said hey you drinks are ready when I let them know they even didn't apologizelo
Just to let you guys know. There is NO drive through at this location. On Google maps it says it is but no it's not. Oh and get the Iced Caramel Macchiato Quad. You won't regret it! Price per person: $1–10
