I placed my order at 3:50 pm and was given my ham and cheese croissants immediately, but the caramel frappe arrived 10 minutes later, by which time my croissants were already cold. A few minutes after that, the barista Liam asked me what I was waiting for. When I told him I was still waiting for a double chocolate chip frappe, he said, "Oh, I thought I made that." I had the worst dining experience I've ever encountered, and I know that eight others nearby felt the same way. The staff appeared overwhelmed by the straightforward task of managing drink and microwaveable food orders. Our dealership will not be placing any future orders with this restaurant. If they struggle to handle a busy atmosphere, they need to adopt a better strategy. It was frustrating to see a team of nine staff members while the manager remained at the counter without stepping in to take charge. We will be recommending that other dealerships avoid this place in the future.
The drive-thru was really crowded, so I decided to place my order inside to save time. I have to admit that I was quite hungry and a little impatient, which made it frustrating when I tried to order a breakfast sandwich without meat. The clerk kept insisting, "Yes, we have a sausage and cheese," and I felt like she wasn't grasping that I don't eat meat. It turned out she was simply naming the sandwich as it was listed on the menu. Even though I was annoyed, I have to give her credit for being friendly throughout the whole interaction.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. Shortly after, I called to request a refund since my drinks had to be remade twice and still didn’t taste good. I was advised to come into the store to process the refund. When I arrived, the manager implied that some customers might take advantage of their refund policy, as if I hadn’t been there from 3:55 PM to 4:44 PM or as if one of my drinks hadn’t been forgotten. I rated this Starbucks 4 stars because it's generally my go-to spot, although I almost considered giving it just 3 stars. They often run out of various items, which makes me question whether they’re keeping enough ingredients in stock. If something is popular, why not increase the supply? This seems to be a recurring issue at many Starbucks locations. On the bright side, the flavors are fantastic. However, I would appreciate more sugar-free options available.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee with the nose piercing was quite rude and unprofessional. Rather than preparing my handcrafted drink, he merely described what he was going to make. Furthermore, he seemed confused about how to process rewards and a gift card separately. If Starbucks keeps hiring individuals like this, they could end up losing customers. I would give this location zero stars if I could.
The drive through was crazy busy. It was faster to order inside. I know I was over the top hangry, but it was frustrating trying to order a breakfast sandwich without meat because the clerk kept saying, Yes, we 've got a sausage and cheese... I thought shewasn 't getting that I don 't eat meat, but evidently she had to name the sandwich as listed on the menu. I have to say despite myirritation, she remained pleasant.
The service was excruciatingly slow; it felt like it took forever for them to take our order, and the vehicle in front of us had a similar experience. In fact, it appeared that everyone in line was waiting indefinitely. Having worked at a fast food restaurant before, I know that speed is essential since customers value prompt service. This Starbucks location is among the slowest and least efficiently run in the valley. It's unfortunate that it's one of the limited options on the north side of town, as we tend to avoid it whenever possible. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes just for a simple coffee, even if you've placed your mobile order 20 minutes ahead of time.
