They often run out of essential items needed for blended drinks, whether it's ingredients, the machine being out of order, or even ice. I have to admit, when the more experienced staff were on duty, the drinks and service were significantly better. Recently, I ordered a strawberry frappuccino, only to be informed they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. They're always missing something needed for blended drinks, the machine is often out of order, or they run out of ice. When the more experienced staff were in charge, the drinks and service were excellent. Today, I ordered a strawberry frappuccino and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. I then switched to a caramel frappuccino, but it was almost entirely liquid and, of course, they were out of whipped cream. I will NEVER be coming back here. The staff seem more interested in chatting nonsense than doing their jobs.
I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino, which usually comes with mocha sauce, but when I inquired about it, the barista told me it was a different drink now. I've loved this beverage since my teenage years—when did it change? Today's just not going well for me! Interestingly, I ordered the same drink yesterday at this very location and had no problems. The other staff members here seem to know more about the menu.
As someone who values customizing my drinks to suit my lifestyle, I was initially hesitant about what to order. However, the barista on duty truly exceeded my expectations. They not only offered alternatives to the drink I was thinking about but also assured me that if I didn't like my selection, I could quickly switch to something else. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, but the weekend service was lacking. There were ten customers in line, but only one employee was serving drinks, and he was moving quite slowly. It felt like he was indifferent to the customers waiting. While this shouldn't spoil my visit, it's hard not to compare it to other Starbucks locations where the service is much better.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With just three people in line, I waited 30 minutes. It’s consistently slow whenever I visit, and they often get my order completely wrong. I try to stay away as much as possible.
The cashier informed me that they weren't serving blended drinks. I didn’t inquire further about the reason, but I think blended drinks are essential for a coffee shop, especially when the temperature is in the 90s.

The coffee here is outstanding! I particularly enjoy their Americano. They really should make the holiday Bliss bar available every day because it’s the best dessert—I absolutely adore it!
The baristas were rude and appeared uninterested. They didn't even prepare my drink correctly!
