Sept has a buy one, get one free drink promotion, but the drinks need to highlight fall flavors. Recently, I ordered pumpkin and apple-flavored drinks without any problems. However, today when I wanted to get the pumpkin cookie frappuccino and the apple crisp frappuccino, the cashier informed me that they couldn't honor drinks suggested on Facebook. They said the drinks had to be from the official Starbucks menu, which didn’t make sense to me, since pumpkin and apple are definitely fall flavors that should qualify. Without the buy one, get one offer, the prices are incredibly high. To make matters worse, there were flies around the food, yet they continued to serve it, which was very off-put...
The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly whenever I visit. They manage the ordering process efficiently, and I've always found my experiences to meet my expectations. The space is quite roomy, offering plenty of opportunities for socializing with friends or even handling a bit of business on the go if needed. Although parking can be a bit limited and sometimes chaotic, don’t let that discourage you from trying a place that truly aims to enhance your coffee experience! I really value a well-run establishment, so a big thank you to everyone here who contributes to that.
This place has the vibe of a brand new establishment. The wood interior gives off a scent similar to that of a theater, which is definitely a bonus. This Starbucks is quite spacious, offering ample room for both relaxation and work. They even have a tap feature that adds a trendy touch to the coffee shop. At first, I thought they were serving a coffee stout on tap, mixing it with espresso for a one-of-a-kind drink. The baristas were efficient, the coffee was excellent, and there were comfortable chairs where you can sit back and enjoy your beverage.
I have a strong dislike for this location. Every time I've given it a chance, the drinks have been extremely watery and flavorless, regardless of whether they're hot or cold. The staff seem unenthusiastic about their jobs and are rarely friendly. When using the drive-thru, the menu is nearly impossible to read since it's so small and far away from the ordering point. Additionally, the baristas lack patience when you're trying to decide what to order. I'm really glad I discovered Dutch Bros.

The restaurant is overwhelmed with flies, and the situation is so concerning that it raises serious health code violations. Despite the passing weeks, there has been no sign of improvement. I even found a dead fly floating in my drink! They should at least try to set up some fly traps, but nothing has been done. I definitely wouldn't recommend going in unless you're ready to contend with a swarm of flies.
I had a disappointing experience with my takeout meal. The food was below average, receiving a score of 1 out of 5. The service was equally lacking, also rating a 1. The atmosphere was unwelcoming as well, earning yet another score of 1. The only bright spot was the Frappuccino, which I would recommend. Overall, however, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
I ordered a Blended Oat Milk Matcha Crème Frappuccino, and it was absolutely refreshing and delicious! Their iced shaken espressos are also amazing. During this visit, the service was outstanding—I forgot to request oat milk, and they quickly remade my drink without any fuss.
Overall, I had a pleasant brunch experience. The food was impressive, earning a solid rating of 4, especially the Frappuccino, which I highly recommend. However, the service was only mediocre, scoring a 3, and the atmosphere was lacking, resulting in a rating of 2.
