I visit this Starbucks daily and have been ordering the same drink for the past five weeks. Unfortunately, my order is consistently incorrect, and the service at this location has been declining rapidly. If you're seeking good customer service and a properly prepared drink, this may not be the right spot for you. It's quite disappointing that I have to drive 20 minutes to another city just to get my drink made correctly while receiving the courtesy and respect I deserve. I spend about $15 daily, six days a week at Starbucks—just imagine the total. No one wants to be met with impatience and receive the wrong drink after spending hundreds of dollars at a business.
I waited around 20 minutes for my drink inside the restaurant, and to make things worse, my order was wrong. I noticed that other customers were waiting even longer, and some found out that their orders hadn't been placed at all. I remember when they used to offer gift cards or a free drink for delays like this, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Honestly, if I'm spending $6 or $7 on a drink, I expect better customer service.
During my trip from Pennsylvania to Florida, I visited this Starbucks and had a wonderful experience. Typically, I find Starbucks to be pretty consistent, but the team at this location stood out as the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. They were exceptionally courteous to both me and my puppy, which truly impressed me. I felt inspired to write this review to commend them. Well done!
I was left completely disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The woman who took our order was quite unfriendly, and we had to wait over half an hour for two sandwiches. When our order finally arrived, the sandwiches were placed incorrectly, which caused one of them to fall on the floor. While the sandwiches were acceptable, the service definitely warranted zero stars.

The mobile order took 40 minutes to prepare, and during that time, the baristas seemed to overlook mobile orders. I had to ask twice before they began making my drinks. However, one staff member did ask for my name and promptly started on my order. Overall, I would rate the customer service as average.
This is undoubtedly the best Starbucks I've ever been to! I've traveled across the country, and what makes this location truly special are the two amazing women who open the store in the morning. Thank you for the wonderful conversation!

My only concern was that the food could have been served hotter. I enjoyed the drink, but I think it would have been even better without the extra milk.
The Chai Tea Latte was amazing and paired wonderfully with the Banana Walnut Pecan Loaf.
