Staff is usually so polite and I go out of my way for this Starbucks unfortunately today I encountered a drive thru person who doesn't have basic manners unfortunately will need to call corporate to complain about Tanya or Allison (name was on my croissant this morning)... have no basic customer service skills and were trying to school me on drive thru etiquette even tho she didn't witness anything and wasn't present even tried telling me that there were kids in the car if the woman behind me that were crying because of me... how does she know that? Disgusting behavior and hopefully will not need to go to this drive thru anymore some people need to be nice or call out of work if they're not...
The ambiance is very inviting, making it an excellent spot for studying, and that's exactly what I did. However, I noticed that the wireless phone chargers were not functioning, although there were power outlets available. I also observed that the tables could use more frequent cleaning; during the two hours I spent there, I didn't see any staff members wiping them down. Additionally, the napkin and condiment stations, including the sugar, needed to be restocked. One more thing to mention is that they don’t call out names for orders. Overall, I would rate my experience as 3 out of 5 stars—just an average Starbucks visit.
I always have a fantastic experience at this location! The staff is incredibly friendly and remembers my order, including my request to minimize waste, as well as my name—despite me being just a semi-regular, visiting no more than twice a week. When I accidentally broke my favorite clip-handle mug, they went above and beyond to find another one that wasn't on display, and even helped me check for leaks, all while managing a busy line and handling large mobile orders. They truly operate like a well-oiled machine! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for always helping me start my day with a smile.
I visited the drive-thru on December 19 at 12:13 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the staff member. She seemed defensive about her mistake when she forgot to add caramel to my caramel mocha frappe and even argued with me, insisting that I hadn't ordered it. After she finally corrected the order, I thanked her, but to my surprise, she closed the window without saying a word. It would have been better if she simply acknowledged the error and resolved it rather than placing blame on me. The worker was a pale young woman, though I didn’t catch her name.

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks! The service and staff were exceptional, as always, with friendly smiles and warm greetings all around. The cleanliness of the establishment is quite impressive, and the shelves are consistently well-stocked with their products. Additionally, they have a convenient drive-thru. The music selection is both lively and soothing, creating the perfect energizing atmosphere to start your day. All in all, it was a fantastic visit!
What can I say... This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location. The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. A big thank you to Nemo, Jane, Sam, Josh, and a few others whose names I haven’t learned yet! You are all fantastic! Jane, you brighten my day every time with your thoughtful notes on my drinks and food. I really enjoy coming here for my morning boost of a Quad Espresso and oatmeal.
This is my favorite Starbucks! It's super convenient, and the staff is always friendly and positive. They consistently prepare my iced coffee, lattes, and frappuccinos to perfection. Without a doubt, this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. This location stands out!
This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is consistently warm and friendly. Most of the time, when I place a mobile order, my drinks are ready on time or even a bit earlier.
