This location is situated in a busy medical center, but when I arrived, it wasn't as crowded as I anticipated. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. They don't have access to the app since it's a franchise, which is understandable, but I couldn't understand why my espresso was served in such a large cup! The staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. On a positive note, the place is clean and spacious. They do offer vegetarian options, including coffee and juices.
If you're craving a quick caffeine boost, Starbucks is the spot for you. The coffee is consistently fresh and brewed to order, with a wide range of flavors available. The baristas are always welcoming and eager to assist, enhancing the overall experience. About 1 month ago, I received a complimentary card w $4 on it from the girl who served me because order was made wrong...as an apology. Nice, right?!Much to my surprise when I went to use that card last wk at another location I was told it wasn't activated. Real nice. What, she just handed me a card without activating it?? Not nice!!
Great experience, I think the big difference I think was that there was no drive thru? Super nice staff, great service, happy positive experience! I only saw these cols brew taps when I was picking up my coffee, next time- Nitro Cold Brew!! Book a table now
They didn't refill my Starbucks card at Starbucks Kirkland, so had to pay. Too many people using the free wifi....so hard to find a seat for my grandsonKid-friendliness: Too many students and hangers-around people to get seating
