I went to Starbucks yesterday like every single day. I ordered my usual but I noticed as soon as I got to the speaker in the drive-Thru the girl talked to me when an attitude not professional at all. I believe they hired new people because the other crew was so nice to me. i always order extra sweet cream and extra cold foam and they never put the extra I have to ask for more because It's supposed to taste sweet and not sour. well this girl wanted me to pay more for something I already paid for. the thing is that she told the other employees that I was asking for cold foam which I didn't, I asked for sweet cream. I asked about the price on 2 holiday coffee whole bean packages and the lady rudely told me the lady at the cash register would let me know when it was my turn. I just asked a question lady. If the store had prices on their products I wouldn't have had to bother you. The employees did not have name tags so I don't know any of the ladies names.
