This location is more than most Starbucks or any other coffee shop for that matter) The staff here are truly exceptional... always generous with their smiles and greetings. 4 days a week I am in when the doors open at 5am... and even then the cheerfulness of the staff shines through and helps get my day off to a great start. Sit in one of the comfy leather chairs for more than 15 minutes in the afternoon and you are likely to hear snippets of 4 or 5 different languages. All in All... Great Service, Great Coffee... and a warm atmosphere!!!!
Lauren made sure to absolutely make my day, and had a positive spirit the whole time I was in the cafe, she managed to not only remember my name but remember almost everyone’s names in the cafe without looking at the sticker! As a fellow partner I’m inspired by her drive to create a welcoming and warm space in the cafe, her costumer service is AMAZING and needs to be recognized! she’s a queen
Waited in line for literally 5 minutes, not even a hello, one of the barista went to the restroom and the other kept doing her stuff. Completely ignored me, an acknowledgment would have been nice. I don’t mind waiting but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at the starbucks. Staff was lacking energy as well no usual charm behind the counter.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks a couple times over the past few months and the staff is exceptional!! A really sweet girl, (I forget her name) she has blonde hair and every time I’ve seen her had it up in pigtails, is always so sweet and a pleasure to see. Excellent customer service! Book a table now
My go to in new west now. Great staff. Killer culture. You can tell when you have a grouo tuned into the goals. They don't need to be best friends but they are pulling for each other to give the best and fastest experience for the customer.
Go to place to mobile order my coffee before school. Very friendly staff! Takes some time with mobile orders but has to do with high customer volume im guessing. Heads up give them time with mobile
Starbucks rocks!! Lllllove it. Service, timing is impeccable always. Love their sandwiches, lemon and pumpkin loaves... and now the seasonal pumpkin spice latte mmm to die for!
