Very disappointed this morning with the customer service at Starbucks this morning. The cashier was very distracted by talking to the another worker and they mess up on someone else drink and they were gossiping about other customers and did not receive a thank you and your welcome and they were very snotty because they did not like to be interrupted by other customers and they should keep their other opinions to themselves and need to improve on focusing on the customers not on their friends and greet customers with a smile.

They were gossiping about other customers and did not even say thank you or give a proper greeting. They were very rude and seemed bothered by being interrupted by customers. They need to keep their personal opinions to themselves and focus on welcoming and helping customers, instead of chatting with friends.
To the worker that made my venti strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit drink with water, you were correct that I didn't specify what I wanted but still, your customer service was poorly expressed. Although, I forgot to specify what I wanted in my drink, I think that it was still your job to make sure you are making the right drink (because it has options). I hope you don't treat all customers like this. Will never come back here again.
I ordered an iced coffee with 1/2 inch of cream, but it only had a splash of 1/4 inch. When I asked for more cream, I was concerned they would overfill it, so I poured a little out on the ground. Another rude employee scolded me for this, which made me question the necessity of upsetting a regular customer. The incident occurred outside, but regardless, I am now choosing to no longer visit Starbucks.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been here countless times, so you know I mean business! The drinks are top-notch, the atmosphere is lively, and they have never gotten my order wrong or run out of anything. Special thanks to baristas Amanda, Mackenzie, and David!

I got a java chip Frappuccino and when i tried it, it tased like chocolate ice cream, i very much hated my drink
Worker said they would open at 3:30 but they open at 4:30 very angery much sad super disappointment
