When I went to the Starbucks at this Target's location I waiting 5 mins for a worker to serve me because no Starbucks employee was at the front registers. Therefore, I had to ask a Target employee stationed at the front entrance of the store to see if she could tell someone in the back to come up front and serve me. After someone finally came I greeted my server and was met with no response or apology for my wait. I then proceeded to state my order and I was not asked exactly how I wanted my drink to be made instead the server made it how she wanted it to be made and with no sense of urgency.
Showed the girl at the register what I wanted. She told me to read it off to her.Thank God Im not deaf! And thank God I understand the abbreviations on the sticker I was reading.Hit or miss on service, friendliness, and accuracy. I say this because its not my first time here. Had to go back and ask for caramel (that i asked to line the entire cup) but she was extremely polite about it and poured it in my drink.See pictures attached for example.
I ordered my Brown Sugar Oatmilk espresso via the mobile app. My drink was ready when I arrived in the store however the cup wasn't full. The barista tried to tell me that is how it comes. I advised him I drink this almost daily I've never received a cup that was not full. If that's the case charge me for a grande. He them offered to put more milk in it. I declined. Then he hastily remade the drink. It was ok.

When it comes to Starbucks, this is about what you've come to expect. They have a nice assortment of seating and plenty of parking which is always a plus. As with other SBs in the metro area you'll probably have a homeless person or two hanging out. I ordered on the app and they got my order correct so I really have nothing to complain about. If I end up in this part of town again I'd totally swing back by.
We ordered a ton of stuff and the manager cannot give us a large cup of water. Since it is a corporate Starbucks, we cannot give you upgrade water size. The atmosphere is nice and clean. No restroom connected, and impossible to find parking. I honestly never have any argument with Starbucks , but this place only care about profit, not the customers.
I waited for more than 15 minutes for a single cheese danish while the entire staff ignored my order on purpose. This is the most terrible service I have ever experienced and I will never return to this place. I advise you not to waste your time here, as it is not worth it.
The person who took my order this afternoon (his name tag was blank) was quite unfriendly and clearly in a bad mood. It's not enjoyable to visit a place and spend $6 on a coffee when the staff is grumpy and unwelcoming.
