I'm not a fan of Starbucks. However, when I do go to Starbucks with my sister, friend, or daughter, I would sometimes order. I went to this Starbucks to get the medicine ball and everything was okay of course they had to substitute some things because they were out at multiple locations of different items that would make up the medicine ball tea. The reason for the four stars is I received my drink and the top smelled actually it reeked of coffee smell and I do not like coffee at all so as I'm drinking my tea I'm Smelling Coffee from the top. I had to eventually take off the cup every time I wanted to drink the tea as I was driving to various stores because of the smell.
Poor customer service, was given a super rude attitude while simply asking for some assistance. The barista literally very obviously rolled their eyes at me and was seemingly annoyed after I handed my card to pay because of an error on the Starbucks app which was not in my control at all. I get having a bad day or being busy, but that experience was ridiculous considering that I was being polite and patient? They did not even end up helping out with the problem and acted like it was something that was unmanageable. If you want a friendly and quick experience, don?t go here.
I stopped by for a quick bite before hitting the road in the morning and decided to order online through the app with a friend. The process was incredibly simple, and within 10 minutes of arriving and entering the restaurant, our orders were ready and waiting for us. They got our orders right and I have never had a faster experience getting food from Starbucks. The parking situation is a bit challenging, but I attribute that to the busy road. Despite the limited space, the restaurant made the best of what they had.
I visited this Starbucks and asked for my drink to have light ice, but when I received it, it was filled with ice. I was told after purchasing it that they do not offer light ice options for that drink. They said I could buy it again with light ice, which didn't make sense to me. If they don't offer light ice, they shouldn't have it as an option on the menu. I was disappointed that they suggested I pay again for their mistake, and I won't be ordering from here again. The slowest location I've ever been to. Standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a black coffee. Other locations I get my black coffee within seconds since it?s not a special drink. I won?t be going back, will be going to Levittown location. Poor customer service!
A wonderful place ?? Insanely delicious desserts, you definitely won?t regret it???? Very friendly staff. Cozy and atmospheric, ideal for evening gatherings with friends with a cup of delicious coffee??
