My coworker Jessica was rude during my visit to Deaducks. Fortunately, I was able to make my purchase from another Deaducks coworker who was very pleasant. While waiting for my dinner, I saw a customer order a drink that looked delicious, so I asked for one as well. However, when I tried to order the drink, I was told by Jessica to go to the end of the line, which made my meal get cold. There were two people behind me, one getting a gift card and another customer, while two Starbucks employees were working at the counter. When I asked if this was a Starbucks policy or a Target policy, Jessica did not have an answer. She was rude and dismissive, causing annoyance to the person who had helped...
The customer service is excellent at this restaurant. They always get my drink order right. I do miss the white tea, so I hope they bring it back.
