This location is the worst Starbucks. Mobile orders take in excess of 20 min for fulfillment even at 6 am when no one is in the store and there are less than 3 orders sitting on the counter for pick up. The store is frequently turning off mobile ordering and locking their doors after accepting a mobile order early in the morning. You'll arrive to pick up your drink, the door will be locked, and employees will be behind the counter ignoring you. Yet they took your money..... Drink quality is also poor, I can get better drinks in the Target Starbucks. Makes me think twice before I visit Starbucks. The Dunkin down the road has much better service and is more reliable.

I'm a regular for google reviews and this is the 1st one my experience hasn't been satisfactory. This is my 2nd run with same situation. I ordered from inside. I was very specific with my order. I waited 20 minutes for my order as appears someone took the wrong order. I wait another 5 minutes for it to be made. It was the wrong size, not made to order and was COLD. The seating area wasn't very clean for the time period and access to this location isn't the easiest to enter/exit or for parking . I was happy to see a location close to home but will drive the distance for better service, access and timeliness.

The person with the Millennium Falcon tattoo who made my drink was quite unpleasant. When I requested a sleeve for my coffee, they scoffed at me as if I was a bother. They were also disrespectful to my friend when she asked for a straw, simply gesturing toward a supply of straws that were out of reach for her behind the partition. After looking annoyed, they handed her one with a frustrated expression. It might be a good idea to hire staff with better customer service skills.

Two weekends in a row that they close their inside. We had done a mobile order last weekend so we could just go inside since the line wrapped around the store and then into the adjacent shopping center. They wanted you to get in line to get your mobile orders as well as everyone doing normal drive through. We called the store and had the manager bring our drinks to the door. We were not sitting in a line that at thus point had close to 30 cars. Book a table now

I went inside to place my order, and the cashier was incredibly nice and helpful. She answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. I really liked her; she had brown hair and was wearing a mask. I found it a bit odd that they were already out of caramel, but on the bright side, they had peppermint mocha available!

I was really disappointed that they didn't have the Target-exclusive pink Stanley cup. I woke up at 4:30 AM to get one, and I can't believe that a corporate store wouldn't carry this special line that was launched exclusively for Target. Isn't that unfair?

Whole staff except green hair needs to be let go. Just sitting there when the line is empty and people are waiting on online orders. Took 18 mins longer than the “expected” pick up time with no one inside or outside

'Tis a very Starbucksy Starbucks, with good staff. Lacks a book nook that others sometimes have, which is a loss of one star. Book a table now
