This Starbucks, in particular the drive through as I never go inside, consistently has some of the best customer service I 've ever experienced. Kind, friendly, empathetic and skilled at their job workers. I often refer with my other business owner friends to Starbucks their training model with their employees to attempt to have workers that effective. Kudos to the hiring manager and training manager.
The staff was very attentive, and the food was excellent. We weren't sure what the portion sizes were before we placed our order. It might be helpful to have a visual display of cup sizes or something similar. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee.
I really appreciate the staff here; they are incredibly friendly. The location is great, and I love that there are plenty of seats by the windows. The highlight of this place is definitely the employees, as they are always warm and welcoming. Thank you all!
This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in ….. 18 mins from start of drive thru to drink in hand. That’s unreal. I’ll never come back to this location Book a table now
this is my go to starbucks, theyre always so quick and make the BEST drinks. the staff are so friendly and wonderful. ive never had a single complaint!
The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a great spot to catch up with friends since it wasn't crowded. However, the service was a bit slow.
