I have a mobile job today. Barista made one of my drinks wrong. I mentioned the mistake, she took the drink away and nothing happened 10 minutes. I saw other people coming after their drinks. Finally I approached and asked for the drink. Barista said, “I don’t know you.” Something strange response to someone who patiently waited for their correct order for 10 minutes. I then explained about the wrong drink at which point they found it behind the bar and given me without as much as a “care about it”. Rudest and worst service I've ever received at a Starbucks.
Place was full. The staff flew to fill commands as soon as possible. Mobile app orders were stacked due to people who are nowhere near the store. Waited longer than I ever had in a cheap coffee shop. O and half a dollar for 2 medium-sized coffees (1 regular coffee and a fantasy something). Parking: It's in a strip ball. Many available parking spaces.
Worst star bucks I have ever been in..terrible customer service. The guy at the cash wearing a NAPA Auto Pats T-shirt. Waited 20min for a Americano. Price per person: CA$20–30
