With four staff persons they allowed a line to form without serving one person for over ten minutes. The staff person heating food lazily performing tasks and had more to say about the customers than how to do his job. He also failed to follow instruction to not heat the banana bread that I ordered. I love Starbucks, but I had the worst experience when I went here. The person making the drinks was rude. At other Starbucks’ they will give you a replacement drink for the one you didn’t like, but at this one the guy taking my order just stared at me like I was crazy. Literally went like”?” and then proceeded to say no that they don’t do that. And then at the pickup counter, the guy gave me my drink in a very rude way and didn’t even bother to put a label on it. He was like “here” in a very snarky tone and then when I said thank you he was like “yeah” or “mhm”.So to sum up every thing I just said if there are other Starbucks’ near by GO TO THE OTHER ONES. I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks! It's a cozy spot that's perfect for enjoying coffee. The barista, Anne, was fantastic—she was quick, friendly, and really knowledgeable about coffee. She made my visit special. A huge thank you to Anne for turning an ordinary coffee stop into something memorable. I highly recommend this place!
The baristas are really nice—at least the ones I've interacted with. Anna, in particular, is always friendly and greets me with a smile when I place my order. She shows great respect, and you can see that she’s focused on her work, whether she's making drinks or warming up food. It's clear that she is a dedicated employee.
