Needed a pick me up. Found a pick-me-up!I was menstruating and not feeling well. I had plans the next day to visit my grandmother at the nursing home, and didn't want to miss out. So, instead of canceling, I hit Starbucks for a coffee. Now usually, I don't drink coffee. Especially something from Starbucks because their drinks are so strong. But I really needed it! I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with almond milk instead of regular milk. It was delicious! I got a small, because I needed a little boost- not to be all jittery and lose my mind from anxiety. I also got a couple cookies and cream cake pops. I mean why not? They are the best. My partner got a black coffee- I know, boring lolOverall...
Oh my goodness, this location has been terrible over the past month! I usually order from here all the time, but I took a break for a few months. I just started getting drinks again, and out of the four times I’ve ordered, they messed up three of them! The first time, I ordered a venti and they gave me a grande. The second time, I requested just a splash of almond milk, and they filled it to the brim. The third time, my drink was correct, but today I ordered an iced espresso, and they served it in a hot cup. I waited, expecting a clear cold cup, and then realized they messed it up. It's so frustrating! I might start trying the location down the street from now on.
This Starbucks is my main spot off of baker and Fairview. It has great service. And there’s always an “old guys rule” club outside that’s always so friendly when I walk with my kids. The service is consistent and no issues when it comes to mobile orders. Their artwork always has cute starwars or Pokémon characters, which my kids appreciate.
This Starbucks location is quite good. I frequently stop by and use the drive-thru on my way to work. It tends to get busy during that time, and I believe they could improve on serving customers more efficiently. However, the food is excellent, and the staff are always friendly.

This place was blasting techno music at 8:00 pm. It's a coffee shop. Good luck having a conversation or trying to do homework.
