Starbucks is Starbucks - but frustrating and reflective of service in general at Garden City. I joined the queue as expected, ordered two coffees and sat to wait. There were a few people around, but not many, maybe 4 -6? Anyway, my coffee appeared in due course - alone. I then had to stand and wait for another 3-4 minutes until my partners coffee was prepared. Am I being a bit too critical? i don't think so - it was an ORDER placed at the SAME time. It's not rocket science!

on Sunday morning, tables were dressed with dirty and left to eat on them so they are not available to sit. coffee was moderate and was made worse by the server with visible dirty gloves. service could definitely be improved and we are unlikely to come back. diets off.
We have always enjoyed Dieucks for their coffee, but we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and value of their menu. We ordered two coffees, two pastries, and a breakfast sandwich for under $22.00, making it a well-priced option for a meal. Book a table now
Love the service here which is why I keep going back. The different flavours and prices are quite standard for Starbucks I guess (over hyped and overpriced) but I think these guys are doing very well and keeping the customers very happy
The coffee at this restaurant was just okay; unfortunately, it wasn't as hot as the coffee at other cafes nearby. The service from the staff was good, and the coffee was served promptly.
I should have known better. These chain outlets provide the same level of product wherever you go. I thought the local offering may be a bit better, but I was wrong
OK I admit I did have a brief moment where I was pretty much done with Starbucks here (*see previous reviews); however the magic has been rekindled and I am Book a table now
Amazing coffee, food, and friendly staff members. It is obvious that the team love their job and it is an all round happy environment.
