This has been my store for years, going back to when they opened. Still going there because of the convenience and friendly, efficient staff. Don’t care for the new industrial layout after the recent remodel was completed, less comfortable and much noisier than before, but more in keeping with other stores where I think the idea is to have the customer turnover be as a fast as possible. Don’t see many of the former regular customers there any more. I’ve found other places to hold most of my casual off-site client meetings. Currently (8 18 23), there is a problem that the management will have to address a man hangs out there and often follows customers out to their cars for unknown reasons. F...
This is my go to Starbucks because it's right across where I live. I like the new set-up, it looks bigger and cleaner. Most of the time I get pretty good drinks, taste-wise. Quantity sometimes would be almost full to half cup full , it probably depends on who makes it.Service. Crews can be friendly or unfriendly, or is it lazy? They see you come in and instead of greeting you, they would turn their back on you (probably waiting for each other).Service. Today I asked for a stopper and the lady who handed me a stopper USED HER CLEANING GLOVES!! Disgusting!!!
After visiting countless Starbucks over the past twenty years, I can confidently say that this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff is responsible, responsive, and incredibly friendly. The location is always spotless, and the drinks are consistently top-notch. This isn’t the one inside Target; it’s the one situated at the corner of La Paz and Pacific Park. Truly, it’s the best Starbucks I’ve experienced in terms of service and quality.
This is a very clean and enjoyable place to sit and watch people come and go. It's also quite kid-friendly! I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino, and it was excellent, made fresh to order. While I was there, some kids came in with their parent and looked like they were having a great time grabbing cups off the shelves while their dad tried to put them back.

Service was beyond horrible especially from the cashier! She made me feel that i didnt know what i was doing in regards to paying! I have never been treated disrespectfully especially from someone whom im purchasing products from! Also it seemed as if she didnt want to work there with the way she lacked on her customer service skills!
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the kind gentleman who assisted me today. He generously offered me a second drink since I had been studying there for a while. It’s for my dad, who was really looking forward to it after spending the whole day working outside. He says it’s delicious! I appreciate your thoughtfulness today!
Came here on Labor Day morning and the service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed my cold cream pumpkin spice with sugar free vanilla. Love Starbucks fall drink options !! The recent remodel is light and airy and spacious. Probably not the best for those wanting to work or study on-site but very nice otherwise.
This was my go-to spot for a decade, where I knew the staff by name. Now, I prefer to enjoy my lattes on my cozy sofa at home. And no, I don’t use Starbucks beans anymore. I find myself visiting this location less than once a month.
