This review is for the service of this place, it is the worst. Do not come here if you are on a time schedule. The ladies in the morning take forever to get your stuff. They see you standing there for the longest time and they don't even acknowledge you or ask if you've been helped. Second time coming here, I thought I'd give it a second chance. I do not recommend the Starbucks to anyone. Wait time for a breakfast sandwich is about 30 minutes.
Officially done with this Starbucks. I've gone to this location exclusively for about two years. The past 6 times they've made my Carmel frappe wrong and they were so rude today. I don't know if this location got new hires or if their old hired just no longer care but I'm over it and so are many locals.
It's amusing that the hours indicate they're open from 5 AM to 5:30 PM, yet when I visited yesterday around noon on a Friday, there was nobody working or operating the store. What's really going on?
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They have no sense of urgency. Even if you order ahead, you'll still be waiting for a long time. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Book a table now

Slowest Starbucks in the area. Easily a 15 min wait for a reg drip. During peak hours, 40 min wait.
