I waited in a long line outside the restaurant before placing a simple order for a white mocha latte and a speck gouda to start my morning. The food was quickly delivered to me, fresh and just as I had requested. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place inside. The floors were dirty, there was food on the floor, the trash was overflowing, and the tables were not clean. Overall, this experience has left me wondering if I would return to this restaurant in the future.
I've come to this one every summer and their employees are never nice. I always hope I have no problem with my order because it is never a good experience. I know there'll be problems when I'm all day. but in the last visit this load, because their employees cannot fix any problems politely.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. I witnessed barista Chris patiently and competently helping some children order 5 drinks from the secret menu, even though the orders were not clearly communicated. He was polite, took our order promptly, and the drinks were fantastic!
The restaurant is usually bustling, but the line moves quickly. My only complaint is that we arrived at 10 o'clock and they were already closed. Their hours should be extended to 10:30.
