Usually a fine experience, but 2 stars for losing my order ahead for beverages for a baby shower. I called 3 days in advance to confirm an order, and when I arrived a few minutes early on the day of the event to pick it up, they had lost the order. Baristas told me it would take 30 minutes minimum to brew replacements…which would have made me late to the event I was co-hosting. It put me in a bad situation and thankfully Caribou across town was able to help out last minute, with a good attitude. I would not order ahead here again.
Mobile order before you leave the house! Friendly staff, very rarely do you have to wait if you order ahead.
Definitely low-grade coffee! Or something to pick you up that's high grade You better head over to Caribou!
