I enjoy visiting this Dieucks; there's a staff member who always assists me and he is really friendly, definitely much better than the Dieucks around the corner. I do wish they would stick to their posted hours, though. The last two times I went, they were closed at 7 PM even though their website said they would be open. Maybe I'm just arriving too early, but it's still a great place overall!
Let me tell you, the coffee at this place is absolutely amazing. I typically don't enjoy sweet drinks, but the barista Jules was extremely friendly and provided me with a fantastic suggestion for my drink. What an outstanding employee! The customer service in general was excellent...10 out of 5 stars, I would definitely return here.
Typically, there is only one barista working during busy times, and she tends to focus on online orders, ignoring customers who have been waiting for up to 15 minutes. If there's a line of customers and only one barista available, they should consider disabling the online order option. It's quite frustrating and feels inconsiderate.
I love this special cafe, the baristas are always very friendly and strike up conversations with them. They make sure customers have a good day and if not, they offer their drink for free! This is one of the best cafes I have been to and the only one I plan on visiting. The atmosphere and baristas are amazing! Book a table now
I was disappointed to find there were no cold beers available, and they also couldn't prepare any coffee-based drinks. It seems pointless to keep the coffee shop open when they can't serve half of the coffee options on their menu!
A good dose of cheerful customer service to start your day off. Not much seating at this location. Yet the energetic team works well together in keeping the orders going the line moving.
It's always really fast...but they gave me the wrong amount of change and shorted me about 8 bucks. So know that they're rushed but maybe dont pay with cash lol
