The line was quite chaotic! It wasn't long, but it barely moved! It felt incredibly slow, and people were actually driving away. The person taking my order was a bit curt when I tried to order a cake pop. He told me they haven't had any for a long time, yet it's still listed as a menu item. The menu seems to have been recently updated, as it’s dated November 13th and features Christmas items. I was also disappointed with the minimal amount of whipped cream on my drink, although it was mixed properly. Additionally, I had to specifically ask for a straw for my Frappuccino, which doesn’t have a sippy lid. There were no signs indicating that straws are only provided upon request.
I was quite disappointed with the service and quality of my drink at this Starbucks. I ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and half the ice, no sweetener, but the barista made it wrong by adding too much cream and too little coffee, resulting in a drink that was mostly cream and ice. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the barista didn’t seem to acknowledge my concerns. I ended up drinking something I didn’t enjoy while the barista and coworkers talked among themselves. Although the recent store renovations have enhanced its look, the service still needs improvement.
The barista who helped me at the drive-thru, I believe his name is Jordan, was exactly the bright spot I needed today. I visit this Starbucks often to treat myself, and whenever he's working the drive-thru, he's always so kind and welcoming. He might not realize how amazing his energy is and how uplifting it can be. I was going through a rough week, but his smile, efficiency, and cheerful attitude made all the difference. Thank you! I hope I got his name right because he truly deserves all the best. You have a real gem in him—make sure to keep him around!
