I was travelling to Edmonton with my daughter coming all the way from Ontario staying overnight and grabbing coffee when ever possible. Since Starbucks is my favourite as soon as I got the opportunity I grabbed it. But to my disappointment cream for the coffee was bad , first I thought it is problem with my taste buds due to long travel so I forced drink some coffee but I could not get used to the taste and also I could feel the flavour of the bad cream . So I had to throw away the coffee which was easy but finding another coffee on the highway was not easy so the combination of bad cream and not getting coffee when I needed it so bad made my travel very displeasured .
I had a frustrating experience at the café. One of the baristas had a really unpleasant attitude. She was walking around slamming things and making sarcastic remarks about only having two hands. I placed a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I arrived 10 minutes later, but when I walked in, they had just started brewing the coffee. Now, after waiting an additional 20 minutes, I felt compelled to mention that I was still waiting. She continued to make offhand comments about how busy she was—though it didn't seem that way—and about having only two hands. It would be great if she could reflect on her attitude; it really needs improvement.
We ordered two drinks for takeout. The service was prompt, and I was able to place my order and pick it up quickly. It was a convenient stop for us during our trip from Regina to Swan River.

Staff were fantastic. Friendly and funny. Only complaint is the green stoppers have been replaced with stickers. Freaking. Stickers. I want my green nubbin stopper thingies back.
After embarking on a long drive of over 10 hours from Swan River to Brooks, Alberta, I stumbled upon this Starbucks, which was the only one nearby. It was truly a lifesaver!
We ordered a latte and it turned out to be with expired milk, we asked for a remake and it was redone for us, but with the same milk. sad and not pleasant
