Yesterday I walked in this Starbucks, I asked the staff if I could order online bcz some Starbucks don 't do mobile orders so I was just making sure. The slim (I think she looks like) Indian lady with a frame glasses and medium length hair replied Yes with distain, and gave me a look as if she was saying are you stupid and walked away. Ok, I didn 't say anything at that time, just sat down n ordered coffee on my phone.I was the only customer that time in the store with a mobile order, and it was not busy at all. I ordered my coffee and in 10 mins my name was never called, the other customers had their names called reminding them the coffee was ready, so I went n asked if my coffee was still...
I ordered a pistachio latte with no modifications, just as listed in the app. When I picked it up and opened the cup, I found that the coffee was filled only three-quarters of the way. Where's the rest of it? I don’t usually go to Starbucks anymore, but it was convenient at the time. Next time, I’d rather not even bother.
Spent close to a week at MB and it was hard to find a local cafe so I ended up at Starbucks.The staff was very welcoming and helpful. She made sure my drink order was correct both from repeating my order to repeating it after delivery. And went as far as asking about my drink after I tasted it.
I popped in this morning after an 8-month absence and received the BEST good morning greeting from the lady behind the counter.I love stopping in at this location because I am made to feel like a very valued customer, and the service is always friendly and accurate!Thank you ?

I ordered the Mango Dragonfruit cold drink. It was good. My husband ordered coffee, and we got one of each of the four kinds of cake pops. There were some tables to sit at outside, which was great for watching the Jeeps cruising the street as part of the Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam!
I was really impressed with the staff and how efficient and friendly they were. Also the shop was very clean and inviting! Coffee was Starbucks quality as expected.
Got a pumpkin chai latte it was too sweet, paid for a new regular latte, mostly milk, taste terrible, no coffee/
