I have been to this location two times and ordered my go to drink. I am very familiar with the taste and the color of the drink since I drink it almost every day. My drinks come the same way no matter what Starbucks I go to except this one. The two times I have been here the same barista has made my drinks and they taste nothing like they should. They actually taste horrible. This has happened to me 2 times and it’s a shame that I can’t even drink the coffee I paid for. For reference I get a venti iced shaken blonde espresso, oat milk, 2 pumps sf vanilla, 2 pumps of caramel, 2 scoops of vanilla bean, and 1 stevia. Just I will try not come back to this branch again ?Asked how fresh coffee and answer was like 15 minutes and coffee was older than 30 minutes and she said no problem will get you fresh coffee soon as I turn around she poured old coffee ? I said I don't want that coffee give me money back then other barista told me we will make fresh coffee they did pure over and was the worst coffee that I have in a while I don't mind to wait I know they are busy I will always wait 15 minutes if I have to but give me what I asking for or just tell me no we can't do and I don't have problem with that
This is one of the worst Starbucks locations. The store manager here is horrendous. You can see the mental abuse she puts her employees through and it’s truly sad. Hopefully the DM does something about it. It makes it hard to support a company who supports that kind of management.
This location of Starbucks is one of my favorites, especially when I'm in a mood to cozy up with a book and a coffee!While the food is predictable Starbucks fare, the service and the atmosphere will exceed your expectations. Book a table now

I went on the 5th. They didn't take my pumpkin loaf out of the package. They didn't heat my loaf up. They gave me EXPIRED food.
Depending on when you visit, you may have to wait a long time for you order. There is no drive thru at this Book a table now
I'm a hot coffee type of guy. So yes this is my place of choice. Excellent!
