I have been to this location two times and ordered my go to drink. I am very familiar with the taste and the color of the drink since I drink it almost every day. My drinks come the same way no matter what Starbucks I go to except this one. The two times I have been here the same barista has made my drinks and they taste nothing like they should. They actually taste horrible. This has happened to me 2 times and it’s a shame that I can’t even drink the coffee I paid for. For reference I get a venti iced shaken blonde espresso, oat milk, 2 pumps sf vanilla, 2 pumps of caramel, 2 scoops of vanilla bean, and 1 stevia. This is one of the worst Starbucks locations. The store manager here is horrendous. You can see the mental abuse she puts her employees through and it’s truly sad. Hopefully the DM does something about it. It makes it hard to support a company who supports that kind of management.
This location of Starbucks is one of my favorites, especially when I'm in a mood to cozy up with a book and a coffee!While the food is predictable Starbucks fare, the service and the atmosphere will exceed your expectations.
