To make matters worse, while she was preparing my mother’s drink, she made it incorrectly, which seemed to stem from her obvious disdain for us. Additionally, they allow a male team member to hold up the line while chatting with former employees and mocking waiting customers. I strongly advise against this location until they address these issues—the actual Starbucks in the same plaza is infinitely kinder and more professional (and actually manages to make good drinks without taking out frustrations on customers). I hope the staff finds some peace soon.
The shopping center is usually very crowded, so I always end up parking by Ralph's and walking over to Starbucks. There's a spacious covered area with around 15 small tables where you can sit and enjoy your drink.
