My girlfriend and I were both regular customers here for many years. However, in recent months, there's been a noticeable change in the overall atmosphere of the place. A few baristas that I found to be always be brimming, with enthusiasm have disappeared, apparently some sort of culture change in which long-standing employees may or may not have been pushed out. Either way, that is a bummer that only reminds me if no-one else that at it's heart Starbucks is a international corporation concerned with nothing but profits. Every other customer may conveniently ignore this to enjoy their caramel macchiato that likely costs near as much as an employee earns in an hour. BOY, if you need any more...
This morning, the young man at the drive-thru truly brightened my day! He was full of positive energy and incredibly welcoming. Although my coffee was mistakenly made with whipped cream instead of cold foam, they quickly made me a new one and even offered to let me keep both. Not only did they lift my spirits, but my coworker also got to enjoy a coffee because of their generosity. I really appreciate their friendly demeanor and high energy, especially given it was still before 8 o'clock. Thank you!
The younger man working the drive through this morning absolutely made my morning! He had the best energy and was so welcoming. They had accidentally made my coffee with whipped cream instead of cold foam, remade my drink, and asked me if I would like totake both. Not only was my morning made, but my coworker got to enjoy a coffee too! Thank you for being so kind and so energeticdespite the fact that it wasn?t even 8am yet. :
This has got to be one of the best Starbucks I've come to! The customer service is always top notch; they are super friendly and helpful. The coffee never tastes burnt, and has the freshness we crave. I'm glad this one is somewhat close to my house, as youcan depend on the quality. Also, having a drive-thru is such a big plus ????

My visit to Starbucks was disappointing. The service was sluggish, and while I appreciated being allowed to wear a mask, it didn't make up for the poor experience. The drive-thru was particularly frustrating, so I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, I give it a 0 out of 10.
Always seem to get fast and courteous service. Even with a line of five people I'm usually not waiting more than 5 to 7 minutes
This for me is the benchmark. I compare every Starbucks to this one. Friendly people, fast service.
