The restaurant has changed their lobby hours. If you order ahead, don't expect to be able to come in and pick up your coffee before 6:30 AM. They do offer the option of picking up your order via the drive-thru, but this seems ridiculous and defeats the purpose. I wish they had notified me about these changes through the app, as it would have saved me some time.
I would recommend driving to a different location with the way this one is staffed, they seem understaffed. They don’t have the best customer service, my drink was shorted, and they don’t seem very sanitary from what I saw while I was waiting. I’m glad I don’t live anywhere near this location. They supposedly close at 10pm yet I was there 8:52 pm and it was already closed . This is unacceptable we need businesses to commit to their oath of ethics . Purchased caramel fraps and mocha fraps, they taste and nothing like it. It feel as if we got milk and ice. Very little caramel on top, Dissapointing, paid full price for half the regular ingredients Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
I visit this restaurant almost every day and always order matcha. However, today they served me a matcha with a lot of clumps that were not properly shaken. It was not a great experience.
The coffee and service at this restaurant are both lacking, and now the only option for drive-through orders is mobile pick-up until 6:30.
