Starbucks - Table reservation

Every time I order through their mobile app, they manage to mess up my order. I work early in the morning and have employees who order for me, so I don't have time to wait in line or correct their mistakes. Why should I pay $13 for a coffee that is made incorrectly? There is clearly no skim milk or the extra vanilla pumps that I paid for. This happens every time I visit this place.

I cannot emphasize enough how the staff at this Starbucks location is the only one that knows how to make the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso correctly!! I may sound dramatic, but I have visited Starbucks locations all over town and this is the only one that makes it just right. The others taste like watered-down milk, not even diluted coffee!

This place can be hit or miss. Most of the time, they miss because they close unexpectedly during business hours for the entire day, which is very inconvenient for their customers. They never go out of their way to make the drinks customers desire. I would recommend going to Dutch Bros instead.

It took 18 minutes to receive my order, despite there being only 4 cars ahead of me in line. The staff could have informed me that the person before me was upset, which I did not appreciate. I was definitely not pleased with the delayed service.

A few weekends ago, my daughter and I visited the Starbucks on 64th and Peoria. We found the barista and atmosphere to be delightful. We have decided that this location is one of our favorites in the area.
