I have for years ordered frappe chips in my latte and today I was told they only order a certain amount and are reserved for the frappe drinks (per manager) and I can?t have them in my latte. I asked well how do you know how many frappes you will sell to where you can?t spare any for other drinks. Sounds like the manager doesn?t know how to order product. I?ve been to this location many times and this is a first.
I start my day here most mornings. The customer service is top notch (thank you Holly and Payton, and everyone else too) Latte cheers to them, and much gratitude. Best managed store in the area. Great group of locals meet here to socialize, and many entrepreneurs working on their businesses as well.
Bought a coffee here at drive through, after a long day expected a warm black coffee. What I got is a stale room temperature coffee. And the stuffs are rude!!
I love Starbucks, quick bite to eat something to satisfy my thirst!
