I have encountered several issues while ordering at this restaurant. The prices seem to fluctuate, and I notice that each person at the register charges differently. Even though I order the same thing every day, I face resistance when I question the price variations. Additionally, the staff can be condescending and rude if I challenge them. I visit many Starbucks locations each year and this one is great. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what menu items I may like. The dine in area is smaller than some locations but it is cozy and comfortable. This is also a greatlocation on the corner of Mississippi and Cantrell for a quick stop for great beverages and food!

Not particularly the best coffee place but it’s on my way to work. When asking for cream person in front of me ignored my request then I had to ask again it bit louder so the other girl heard me. Her response was “yeah”. This location has changed a lot. Get some people in there that likes their job, it really would make a difference!!!
This is my first time leaving a review for anything, but I had to share my experience at Starbucks. Matt is one of the best employees and servers I've ever encountered. He brightens my day every time I visit, bringing so much positivity. Plus, the menu offers great options that complement the excellent service perfectly!
Ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte with one less pump of the pumpkin syrup and light on the whipped cream. The cup was about 80% full, they didn't fill it up all the way! It’s always a joy to be welcomed by the warm smiles of Natalie and Kission at the restaurant. They really know how to treat their customers well. I make it a point to visit every Monday just to see them.

I ordered a double bacon tall white mocha, but the chocolate was served cold, and my sandwich didn’t have the double bacon I expected.
They got my order wrong twice, but I still want to return because they have such a wonderful atmosphere and great customer service.
