I travel for work and have visited Starbucks locations all over the United States, but this one is by far the worst I’ve encountered. Mobile app orders are often unfulfilled, and in-person orders are frequently overlooked. There are also times when the store is closed, even though the app indicates that it is open. The staff seems to be doing a poor job, and I doubt there is any managerial oversight. Today, I ordered an iced coffee and, after waiting for 15 minutes, I checked in with the cashier only to find that my order had been completely forgotten. Do yourself a favor and go to Boxwood on Broad Street—just two blocks away. It’s a much better option and even has parking.
