I just went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. I ordered a trente pink drink and requested that no more than half the cup be filled with ice. The girl taking my order responded with a condescending tone, that 's usually how they are made, love. When I received my cup, 3/4 of it was ice. I do not pay $9+ for a drink to be spoken down to or to be ignored. Starbucks must have relaxed its hiring requirements because the customer service was terrible.Edit:I 've returned to this Starbucks since I only had one bad incident, and the service was, once again, amazing. My drink was perfect and the customer service was stellar.
the wait was very long, the load was so dirty: there was müll in the load, milk sat on the counter with other pitchers of the dinge and it looked like they had not wiped off either. I would have gone out, but had waited so long and already paid.
via the app ordered. drove from east lake kroger at HWY-155. the job was almost done when I arrived. I didn't wait long. was ordered perfectly finished and tasty! the personal was nice. thank you!
this place is so dirty, looks like the floor is never clean and the rest space?, even the müll can be in the middle of the flur. they can see at the top left in the floor and hair.
