Nice and clean store, however they are very busy especially with takeout orders. If you are going to do a mobile order, I think you have to be a local and understand that you need to just yell at the barista your name as you walk in. If you stand there waiting for a barista to look at you and ask you for your name, you will be standing there for quite a long time. It's unfortunate that the mobile orders are behind the counter as it takes a long time for the very busy baristas to get a moment to grab your stuff so you can take it to go. Of course, these are first world problems, but it is a little bit of a bummer that they don't have a process ironed out a little bit better than they should.
Very conveniently located, but if you are using this store for mobile pickup, expect to be frustrated. The mobile pickup is behind the counter, so you have to wait for one of the very busy baristas to have a chance to acknowledge you and look for your order. Seems like some of the locals know the game plan here and I think it's pretty common to just yell at any barista when you come in for your mobile order so that somebody gets on it.
I was there 15 minutes ago I ordered personally blonde latte with 3 pumps of sugar free sirup and I even showed her the order of my previous orders so they don't make it wrong, guess what I'm using 6 pumps of sugar free sirup and all I taste is bitter sirup. I'm so crazy, I was excited to drink my coffee and she ruined him.
To begin with the barista was to busy chatting with a customer didn’t even say hi or anything it was rude and second did not add one of the toppings to my drink and looked bothered that I asked for it like these drinks are to expensive to not be adding these toppings come on now?. Book a table now
this place is useless customer service and very bad. we spend more than $35 if I only refilled he answer to me no my client said today no refill it is not a reasonable customer service and business. we do not care about refilling but about customer support
This Starbucks is located in a Hawthorne strip mall off Rosecrans about a mile past the enormous new shopping malls that have gone up to the west. It's just outside a Costco so that's a good spot but otherwise it's a pretty grim strip mall location.
I don?t normally leave reviews for Starbucks but the staff here deserve a 5-star! We came to pick up mobile orders really close to closing time. The girl helped me was not a bit of annoyed or impatient. She was a delight and made my night joyful!
