I consider myself a regular at Starbucks (especially at night Denise, Salah, and Adam always provide me the best service. They have uplifting vibes everyday and take the time to know my name (I noticed they do that to other regular customers too and small talk. I also like how they bring out our drinks when it's not busy. I know they don't have to do that but I appreciate it. They make my experience at Starbucks very comfortable :
My girlfriend came to this Starbucks location and when they called her name for her order, 4 employees were rude and they were making fun of her name and laughing because of her name. Thats really messed up and rude to be acting in that rude behavior especially when its coming from multiple employees
