Can I just say great job to the two young ladies that were working hard today, sorry don’t know your names! but please know that you make a difference in peoples lives- I appreciate you and the other staff—thank you for making my day better! It makes me happy when my mobile order is sitting ready to go, made just the crazy way I like ..and to add greeted by warm smiles and excellent customer service from West Haven Sawmill Starbucks staff. I need to start by saying that I am not the Starbucks person in my family; however, I am often at Starbucks picking up for them. This store is conveniently located but the area of the plaza that it is in is lacking regarding parking spaces or ease of parking that part can be a disaster. My family is glad that a larger one is being built right next door with a drive thru window. Can only imagine the Pink Drinks the house will consume then
Shirley and staff are amazing here! I travel quite a bit for work so I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks. While here, I watched her great each customer that walked in the door by name and if she didn’t know their name, she would start up a conversation and was so upbeat. She and her staff have a great thing going there. They run like a well oiled machine. Can’t wait to come back!
I was in restaurants where the meeting point was served faster than a simple latte in this diet. poor service. bad reception. Zero stars.
