I usually love this Starbucks and get it mostly everyday before school, but my recent experience going there was so bad and disappointed. There was a women that made my drink twice in a row before, and once, I got a ice peppermint mocha and the drink more than 2/3 of the cup is full of ice and then the second time, I got a peppermint mocha frappuccino and the whip cream that she gave me was just a little tip in the middle with no other toppings like little chocolate chip as before. I would fire that women that made those drinks in the morning and think about it! Have been really disappointed who ever that person is. High price for poor drink!
Went this morning for coffee. There were two orders being made for people that had ordered before us, but there was no line. My girlfriend and I waited for seven minutes at the register and the girl actively avoided making eye contact with us and the guy never acknowledged we were there either. I am never one to get upset if someone is busy as long as they just let me know they'll be just a moment. These two were awful and had no people skills.
I got charged $9.96 for a normal sized chai tea late. LolThe worker was being petty and was upset that I didn't know exactly what i was trying to order. I was trying to order from memory what my girl friend gets to surprise her since she was having a hard day. Before making the drink she reiterated it was a normal chai tea late.I was polite, just a little confused and she overcharged me by twice as much as it is worth.. so beware!
In three out of the last four visits to this location for coffee, my order has been incorrect. Each time I've requested a correction, I've either been met with disbelief or an argument. They seem to have a much better track record when it comes to cold drinks compared to hot coffees.

The service was slow, and the coffee was below average. It shouldn't take over 10 minutes to get an iced coffee when there are only five people in line. Somehow, the coffee had too much cream but still tasted too bitter. I guess I'll be heading back to Biggby.
I just ordered two drinks; my Chai was diluted, and the cookie crumble tasted more like chocolate syrup than coffee. The roads were in poor condition, so I didn't want to make the trip back for a remake.
Starbucks practically created the coffee shop craze, but as with so many things, the locals have frequently surpassed them.
I do NOT do Starbucks anything!!! . They do NOT honor the people that PROTECT US !!!
