I am so happy to see this Starbucks be so inclusive! Specifically I want to thank ELIZABETH! After noticing my brother was hard of hearing she quickly jumped in and helped him place his order. She even tried using sign language to have him better express himself. This is so important for the inclusivity of all customers. After having to deal with Joel, who was short in his responses and not willing to accommodate my brother's needs, this was a breathe of fresh air. Unfortunately, Joel wouldn't address my brother (the customer) and would quickly overlook him and communicate with me. He seemed impatient and unwilling to cooperate and barely even acknowledged him. This was extremely frustrating...
